Q are officers of the court,  the EFL has no power over them as regards the Administration of the club, the only power the EFL has is in respect to the clubs adherence to EFL regulations.

The EFL are just the representative committee for all the member clubs. Their job is to make sure the rules and regulations which the members have put together are exacted. When you talk of the EFL you are talking about all 72 clubs. Why should 1 club be able to make the rules up as they go along? Bury didn’t have any of the chances we’ve had. Mel Morris is 100% calpable, no one else!
