Well it’s the morning after and just sitting with a coffee and a fag ,,,, still buzzing , said it earlier somewhere on here , warne is still a young inexperienced manager despite his 3 promotions, he really has got something about him and if we go up this season he gets a fair crack at the championship for me , I really hope the small no matter what anti warne mob drop this warneball is not good enough to compete in the championship, he’s not good enough ect stuff and we all get behind him , he has fostered a real togetherness at the club and in the squad apart from a few noisy determined to be right fans though respect to those who are comming round and big enough to say so on here👍, as for league 1 downer ,, well I’m really invested and enjoying this season , football is football no matter what level , it’s the competition and the emotion that takes you on the roller coaster

Thing is for me though is , in my view despite 3 promotions which tells you he deffo has a bit of something about him warne is still quite a young and inexperienced manager but some treat him as if he is a dyed in the wool dinosaur along the lines of Warnock ( but call for him to be replaced by Warnock 🤷🏻‍♂️) , I really don’t see this one dimensional unable to evolve , change and learn bloke that some see but hey that’s just my take on what I’ve seen so far

Roy’s a good lad very capable of dishing it out and happy to take some back , over the long run we will all find times we agree with him or disagree , can’t really see any problem🤷🏻‍♂️

Warne is learning / changing is a bit of an easy get out , there are those who have never bought into the negative warneball barbs thrown out , whether you manage aiming for warneball or roseniorball it all comes down to whether given time you can get it working , there was a point where I was on the cusp of not bothered if warne was let go but I’m sure the anti warne onslaught on here nudged me a bit further in that direction than I would have been if just watching games and no forum time 🤷🏻‍♂️, I’ve always been ok with the way warne says he wants his teams to play , I prefer that style

From what I saw Wigan like to build from the back , that’s how they come forward, we just never allowed them to come forward with any purpose , in fact they even struggled to keep the ball off us in they’re own half , sometimes sides can only do what the other side allows , for me credit where it’s due , yesterday we dominated them for most of the game and never gave them any space and time to build anything or any forward momentum 🤷🏻‍♂️

Ok , nice walk with my daughter and the dogs in the morning , home for a lovely family full English , potter around a bit and sit down to rams tv for a game that was big in the scheme of things and one I was looking forward to , so often we have got ourselves into good position then dropped the ball over the last few years , can we keep the pedal down was the big question, first five minutes I thought this is going to be an interesting tough game , they looked ok with decent players then the switch flicked , the determination, the work rate , the spot on tactics of not giving the a second to breath ( take a bow James Collins , you lead it and the team followed you over the top ) , the mixture of wide and cross it and pass and move football was SPOT ON , adored that first half and we could have been out of sight , second half they obviously came into it with more fight and grit as you would expect but I still thought we looked the most likely to score and go on to win it , obviously the last ten was nervy as we hadn’t got the lead we deserved but really that was more to do with that kind of poo always seems to happen to us rather than what was playing out on the pitch , days don’t come much nicer for an old fart like me 😀, the autos are wide open and it’s who holds they’re nerve and believes , glad we have some experience in the squad and management team ,,, coyr 🐏💪

The problem with the Saudi money takeover to me is absolute top money for far from top match ups , perhaps that sees under motivated fighters turn up , though I agree wilder may be well overrated on a padded out record I think he believed Parker would be a walk in the park and he only needed to turn up to knock him out ,

Yes saw that spelling and also one with a double t , in fact I also found a two word version , wasn’t sure if it was a Spanish thing originally that found its way to Latin America / Mexico, was pretty certain whichever version I used the meaning would be clear but obviously that wasn’t to be 😂

Warne has 3 promotions and he’s been brought here to get us promoted and promised time and scope to do it by the owner, penalty s are goals , they count and he has enough career goals not to be labelled as not having a goal scorers instinct 😂, hourihane is being played in deep so he doesn’t have to constantly pressing , warne didn’t sign Collins or hourihane 🤷🏻‍♂️

Honestly it’s not brought in as a guilt trip , I bite a lot less at the haughty antics of some pulling people on spelling and grammar than I did when b4 was posting but I honestly just see it as posh bullying and a bit pathetic, I dislike that kind of bullying every bit as much as physical bullying by those lucky enough to hold physical advantage , I honestly wish some people would think on 🤷🏻‍♂️

Joking aside , we have sadly just lost one of the best and most valued posters on a derby county forum you could have , spelling ? Grammar? Punctuation? how sad some people never learn when it’s obvious ( because they like to tell us all ) they are academic and capable of learning , maybe just not capable of learning what’s important and what isn’t 🤷🏻‍♂️
