Seen a few state that it was 3 points but a hard watch , not really how I saw it , I enjoyed it , hard fought win away against an out of form team who actually have some decent players who can hurt you ,it swung about with both teams having periods of looking on top and a piece of quality won it , the fans sounded fantastic on rtv , rinse and repeat , simple fact is we just need to go out and get as many wins as we can , that’s warnes job and he is doing pretty decent at it , max bird was beating his hand on the badge and was as good as I’ve seen him ( wasn’t sure how loan back would pan out ) , perhaps though knowing/feeling it was time for a new challenge he did it in a way that helped the club also ,,, as people have stated ,why not wait till season end and maximise his choices and money scenario, he has signed with a new club but brought in much needed money to derby and stayed on loan to obviously ( clear from yesterday) give his all to leave this club promoted and in a better place , perhaps the club wanted/ needed him to move now if not signing on for another contract , he has my support for the rest of the season for which he is very much one of us and my best wishes for the rest of his career coyr

I may be wrong but I have always had the impression that Peterborough choose to play all out attack with the view to bringing in potential filled youngsters in attack to sell for bigger bucks , good as a money making model but not really building towards anything

Ok window closed and we are where we are , time to move on, we are ok if Collins stays fit , question is how do we change it up if Collins gets injured or suspended? I reckon we have to change the current way we play if the worst happens, with the squad we have how do we play and who plays where , there are some goals in our forwards and hourihane so if needs must what do people see as the best way to keep getting wins?

As I say , I think the tjj fiasco has been a right royal duck up it also plays a part in our younger lads perhaps not being looked at or prepped enough , I could get it if tjj was our player but he wasn’t

Yep I don’t think it’s the worst window ever but I’m trying not to be critical of posters who are maybe going over the top and or using it as a stick to beat warne and every bugger else including the owner ,, simply because I get the frustration and also we are all desperate for derby to rise again and there’s a bit of me that wants to throw the toys out of the pram , I think some predictable mistakes have been made that put us at risk by not having the cover needed in the most important area 🤷🏻‍♂️

For me the biggest duck up ( raised my concerns at the time ) was extending tjj contract , it’s was a dot on the cards that a couple of games in he would be out for the rest of the season , in my mind it wasn’t even a gamble and it muddied the waters , we should have let the lad go and been focused on finding a replacement and maybe a surprise to some but I lay that at warnes door , it’s ok being nice and it has it s advantages but in football management you also need to be ruthless when it matters🤷🏻‍♂️

Erm we have one poster openly stating he hates warne , we have all sorts of stuff aimed at warne ( personal included ) which is not about his football, it bugs me to when that’s ignored , there’s plenty who don’t like warnes football and post lots about it in a civil balanced way who I rarely argue with and have some points I agree with or at least can see where they are coming from🤷🏻‍♂️
