4-1 win, Barkhuizen

Bury AFC at home.

Who are they?

Win and we're in the knockout stages. Not sure if there's seeding or anything, but suspect we'd also be guaranteed first place?
Means we can rest as many as we want against Man City U21 (as long as we avoid the fine) and give the old boys a night off.
I'd be tempted to give Collins 45 minutes tonight- no sense tiring him out, but another goal on the road would help maintain his confidence.

Wish I could've gone, to be honest! I live in Lincolnshire so would have been lovely.

Follow up question- I'm coming on Saturday with both the kids. We're going to be there *early* (like, maybe around 12ish, and having lunch in town before heading back for the match)- we are driving from Lincolnshire, and driving back there after the match, so an *ideal* spot would have easy access to A52 Eastbound, and not be too far from the ground (the kids are 6 and 8, so.... long walks not ideal).
Worst case scenario I'll probably park at Intu and take on the walk, but no idea what the traffic will be like 25 minutes after full time...
Any better options available to someone arriving that far in advance?

Given I don't live locally, I had hoped to get to a couple of away games this year. Since I only attended 2 home games last year, I suspect getting in the away end for Lincoln and Cambridge may prove a challenge...

Our watches are slow by about 48 hours.

Oh balls. I live in Lincolnshire so was hoping to take my son to the Lincoln Away game. Unfortunately he falls asleep religiously at 7:30pm every night so that seems unfeasible.

Maybe I need to go off the forum for a bit, take stock, and reflect.

People saying "MA is putting the pressure on EFL" is like me saying that I'm putting the pressure on Man Utd to offer Ronaldo a new contract.
Might happen, might not happen, my opinion is irrelevant and should be ignored.

Duck the Efl. Shame the season is over as I will have to wait 10 weeks to sing it again.
Don't let that stop you- it's a lovely refrain for working out, walking to the shops, gardening or riding the bus to.

I've said it elsewhere. This is going to be my 5YO son first game (and, in fairness, only my second game in the last 3-4 years).
In a way I'm glad we're already down, as weirdly I imagine it'll add to the atmosphere, not having that "dread" hanging over the game.
He played FIFA on his Switch this morning and randomly played Bristol Rovers and won 4-3. That'd be nice.

I want us to EITHER be relegated by the end of Monday, or within 6 points of Reading. Son's first ever game next Saturday v Bristol C and don't want it to be the game that relegates us....

2-0 Ebiowei
-
I got us on 40, Reading 42, Hull 43.

Allsop
Byrne Davies Cashin Buchanan
Bird Bielik Knight
Lawrence Morrison

Think this is the sort of game where we should try and frustrate them for a bit, and bring on a fresh Ebosele with 30 minutes to go.

1-1 Davies

As has been made clear previously- interesting few weeks ahead.
Derby's next 4- Bournemouth (A), Blackburn (A), Coventry (H), Preston (H)
Readings next 4 - Forest (A), Bournemouth (A), Blackburn (H), Barnsley (A)
Whilst I'm loathe to describe any game as a "free hit", that's kind of where we are with our next 2, as they match up Reading's.
It wouldn't be *shocking* for us to pick up 6, and them to pick up 1.
THEN, they get their game in hand (Stoke(H)) - how much would it weigh on them if they'd gone 22nd at that point?
Then it's the run to the end of the season.
Derby's last 6 - Swansea (A), Fulham (H), QPR (A), Bristol C (H), Blackpool (A), Cardiff (H)
Readings last 6 - Cardiff (H), Sheff Utd (A), Swansea (H), Hull (A), WBA (H), Luton (A).
I can see them getting some points from Cardiff and Swansea, so we'd need to try and keep in touch, but if we're within 3 points with 3 games to go.... I put the ball in our court.
Gonna bring my 5 year old to his first game for Bristol City.

Cardiff 1 - 0
(first time I've ever predicted a loss so you're welcome if it works)
Damn.

I keep on predicting wins, so I'm going to predict a dull 1-0 loss.
Good but bad news

Think those are probably handball.
