Anything near 3 million and he will be gone. Mel is paying the wages out of his own pocket, and that fee would give him 2 months wages paid (although the fee would likely be instalments). We also need to pay customs, and that is cash we don’t have. Any half decent bid, and Buchanan is out the door. The best thing we can do now is put him in the shop window and get some prem teams interested. I have no issue selling, but not to Forest.

£25 might not be a lot of money, but to double the price is just wrong. We also live in a world where you need a subscription to wipe your backside, so £25 on top of the other 975 subscriptions I currently have adds up. I have cancelled mine and will go back to audio commentary instead. The radio Derby commentary is better anyway, but obviously without the pictures.

Probably going into cryogenic chamber until next season to keep his youthfulness. May have to defrost him if there is a takeover.

I think the issue is that Sibley is an attack-minded, very creative central midfielder, and when he burst into the team and made such an impact that was his role. So it's frustrating that Rooney is occasionally giving him 5 or 10 minutes out on the left wing and then singles him out for criticism for not delivering.
We are absolutely desperate for goals as a team. If we can't start scoring we might yet be relegated. But we're not making the most of our attacking assets. I say put round pegs into round holes and we might be more dangerous. We have lots of players who can do a job wide, but Sibbo is better suited and perhaps our biggest goal threat centrally.
I would be playing Jozwiak, Roberts, and Sibley. Give the opposition something to think about, instead of playing just one of them and then having them marked out of the game.

I think Sibley would do well with more creative players around him, but Rooney insists on only playing 1 creative player, who then gets marked out of the game. Millwall only had to keep Jozwiak marked, and there was nobody else in the team who could be a threat.

Anybody having any trouble with the stream today? I’ve paid the £10 and there’s just a pink screen? It’s worked the last few times I’ve done it. Only difference is that the game was 20 minutes in today? Any help would be appreciated so I can hopefully watch the second half
Mine crashed after about 40 minutes and hasn’t worked since. In fact nothing on the app works.

Also... We were under an embargo.
Also... We didn't know what Martin would do.
Also.... Transfers take time.
Also.... Premier League clubs only loan out when they're sure if what they've got... So near the end of the window.
I am pretty sure they don't work through a list of positions in a serial order but work on them in parallel.
If we wanted to keep Chris Martin, we would have kept him. I don’t think he was ever going to be our number 1 striker this season and thus was offered a deal to reflect that.

I seem to remember a guy called Robert Rosario, who played for Coventry and they raved about him. I think he scored around 5 goals a season, if that. Emile Heskey is another one often called a donkey, but nobody liked playing against him because he was just so difficult to handle which allowed space for other players to shine. A striker who creates chances is often more important than one who scores. Most strikers can score if you create chances for them. I would much rather sign this guy than Charlie Austin or Billy Sharp. We already have a poacher in Marriott. We need a battering ram.

Whenever the fans start to get disgruntled and the talk of a protest starts, you always get word from the club like this. It’s just to dampen the flames imo. Same old, same old. They will give some fancy jargon that half the fans can’t understand and then go silent until the next threat of protests. I hope I am wrong, but this seems all too familiar.
