  1. Do you know by how much a world-class finisher would typically outperform their xG?
  2. At the Villa game, I chose to split from my usual lot and get tickets in the "singing section". Stupid, stupid decision.
  3. Heard @uttoxram75 used to stomp on people's heads for fun.
  4. Moonlight. Excellent, and may need to give it another watch. Also Matej Vydra / 10.
  5. Hilarious. The way Sunderland fans are acting like the board have murdered their nan is funny too.
  6. @Mostyn6 time for you to lay into these amateurs again for rating movies with numbers rather than Derby players.
  7. Saltburn. Solid, watchable film. Ryan Nyambe / 10.
  8. I doubt it's management that's doing that tbh. I think there's a potential problem there.
  9. Of course, but no guarantee he’d be doing any better if he stayed. As @therealhantsram says, you have to back yourself and take the leap IMO. I hope this is the start of him fulfilling his potential.
  10. Did you miss the bit about world class facilities and coaching? He’s also gone out on multiple loans, so not as if he’s been rotting.
  11. Yes, who in their right mind would move somewhere with world-class facilities and coaching, significantly increasing your earning potential in the process?
  12. Hull fans have been raving about Delap recently. Sounds like his build up play is brilliant but the next step is being more clinical. Glad he’s finding his feet.
  13. Again, he’s an academic who specialises in football finance. It’s literally his day job.
  14. Not sure if anyone has mentioned it, but shoutout to Sonny Bradley. Quality when he came on - really played his part.
  15. To be fair, it's the academic field that he specialises in. I can't see how a candidate could be more qualified, even if you think he's a bamford.
  16. There is the conspiracy theory element of the discourse, but I do believe it's received mixed reviews from sane critics and reviewers alike.
  17. Leave the World Behind. Had heard very mixed reviews, so wasn't expecting to love it. To my surprise, I thought it was absolutely brilliant. Perfectly paced with a really satisfying ending. Craig Bryson / 10.
  18. I was completely Warne out a couple of months ago, but something has changed. I thought we were pretty good against Lincoln, and outstanding for most of yesterday. I do wonder how long we can maintain this form, but he's certainly doing a good job of changing the tide of public opinion. I was half-hoping we'd sing the League One Guardiola song at the end yesterday, but he didn't seem to want to milk the applause.
  19. Very much seemed like a unified defensive effort to me. Are you softening on Warne like I am?
  20. To be fair, while he's always picked up plenty of yellows, I don't recall many (if any) instances of him getting sent off for a second booking?
  21. Was thinking about him while reading the thread where people were coming up with songs for John-Jules. B4 sometimes liked to come up with potential chants for players. He was a man of many strengths, but it's fair to say songwriting wasn't one of them!
