Surely I can't be the only one who couldnt care less about Alonso's political views? Everyone has and is entitled to their opinion whether we agree with it or not.
Unless he starts to implement any of these supposed views onto Derby County such as not employing gay people or allowing them into ground then what does it matter?

You're right, Prem clubs have shown interest simply because we have no replacement. He's picked consistently for the Ireland squad because they've got no replacements. Christie won Young Player of the Year 2015/16 because there's no-one else to challenge him for it...
