  1. Depends on who's child it is.
  2. Yep. Just wondering if the Dcfcfans elete could hand out a list of songs that they approve of outside the South stand before the match?
  3. And a hell of a lot who are up themselves.
  4. Once again I see people having a pop at our fans, names such as meatheads, idiots and calling them embarrassing for singing a song some of our superior fans don't like. Who the hell do some of you lot think you are?
  5. Gayle has that turn of pace that Collins lacks and it makes a massive difference in being able to position yourself to capitalise on through balls. I've got a hell of a lot of time for Collins and his goals and workrate are a major reason that we are where we are, but I'd love to know the difference in the offside count since Gayle had been in.
  6. Very rare to see Derby fans vandalising things at PP and on the rare occasions things are thrown, it's normally returning what has been thrown.
  7. It maybe a bit harsh, but I get sick and tired of reading posts criticising our fans and asking for arrests or bans from people who have either never done anything wrong or are hypocrites. I often read or hear people going on about the lack of atmosphere or comparing it to the intimidating atmosphere at the Baseball Ground, yet they expect the people creating that atmosphere to be choirboys and not the lads who have been in the pub for a few hours who are the ones who really get the singing going. I'm in D block and have dodged broken seats and bottles and am in no way calling for a return to the old days and have no problem with people being punished for breaking and throwing seats, but it seems like we have some oversensitive souls who want people banned for bad language and not behaving in a proper manner.
  8. Yeah let's turn all the ground into one massive west stand. I'm hardly a young pup, but still enjoy a bit of back and forth with opposition fans and sometimes have to remind myself that I'm 60 with aches in places that I never used to have. But compared to the stuff we used to get up to, the fans you want banning are angels and are just blowing off a bit of steam. Maybe they should all stay at home and play on their X boxes and leave the football to the flask and blanket brigade!
  9. Do they check to see if you have any football related convictions before offering you the position? Asking for a friend.
  10. Sometimes it's quite nice having to work the late shift!
  11. Can't grumble at the first price increase for years and the club needs to be run in a way that they can be sustainable and be able to compete.
  12. There are people at the top of D and E blocks that sing it and I've been known to have a bit of a pop myself occasionally. The main gripe is the fans that came into the south stand because they liked the atmosphere, but seem to want to savour it without contributing and then post on social media about the lack of atmosphere.
  13. I'm in D block and don't join in with the chants at other Derby fans.
  14. Some of us were singing for the majority of the game.
  15. 3 more points on the board and more pressure applied to the chasing pack, who couldn't be happy with that!
  16. I haven't got a clue, but I've seen plenty of his critics say that's what we play.
  17. If we play Warne ball, surely that's our identity!
  18. That would make the choice too easy for some.
  19. I'd be interested to see what option people would choose if these were the only options? A - Get promoted = Warne for at least another season. B - Stay in league 1 = Warne sacked.
  20. How do you know that the majority will have better players? I know DC isn't going to throw money around, but we will be free of all restrictions for the first time in years and will be able to operate differently in the transfer market.
  21. The same teams as everyone else in League 1.
  22. We did sort it out, they didn't score and didn't dominate after the 20 minutes.
  23. Had a quick drive around Derby and haven't seen anyone with a rope round their neck swinging from a lamppost, so lets get on with the football now.
