Didn't know that, though I'm only watching the replays.
I'll test leaving it running tonight and see if it appears, cheers.
When it's live the screen goes black for like 20mins or however long it is and then it comes on. Not sure it's meant to happen but guess it is just linked to the internal feed or something.

Minor gripe... why does "Post Match Extra" only show on Facebook rather than on Rams TV?
Particularly annoying when i'm watching the paid for Matchday Live replay service.
Not all of us use Facebook ☹️
If you watch live and you keep the stream on after it finishes it comes up. Not sure if it's possible on the replays though.

Was working whenever I went on it but my 4g kept on cutting out.

Yet they still take people’s money to provide the live service.. People should express their disappointment..
I don’t bother with it but week after week you see posts saying, it’s dropped off, I cannot get on.. The club have sold it as a finished product have they not?
That's the thing, I can accept maybe there would be some teething problems at the beginning but can't see why they're still going on a game from the end of the season.

Yes so Derby are offering more then most other clubs. Earlier in the season people in this thread were moaning that they couldn't watch a game that was televised but now the club has opened that up to people you arent happy?
Im happy yeah of course, just trying to find reason why stream can't cope sometimes.

That's not how it works. Derby, Villa, Birmingham, Bristol City and a few others have their own systems but these are all subject to the EFL's Broadcasting Rights agreement. Clubs who have their own streaming service cannot negotiate them for themselves unless it is in a country where the EFL have decided they are unlikely to get a deal.
Yea but clubs aren't forced to offer the service at all. Hence why when we played Boro all the Boro fans buy it. Villa afaik weren't offering the game to anyone at all hence why the villa fans bought ramsTV for 1 day.

There normally is a message that says 'because of copyright restrictions' etc.. but there wasn't yesterday and a few people were trying to log in and didn't know why they couldn't.
I'd be curious to know if it was Derby who sold the rights or the League. My guess is the latter as I'm not sure Derby have the autonomy to do that, but if it is them, then that really sucks.
Yea it's Derby. Most of the other clubs have another similar system but it's run by football league.
-
i'll echo @Bob The Badger here - it has little to do with internet connection. i have a very unreliable 4G and adsl connection here, other live streams work no problem whatsoever even at high-bitrate (Netflix, Hotstar, MLB.tv)
i reckon it might be that boro and villa fans were signing up and just overloading it which is frankly ******** because surely the CDM expands capacity when required, rather than it being run off a server from pride park with limited capacity??

It could be worse, you could of travelled to watch it in a country that has no Championship rights to broadcast it, say Spain, paid yer fiver only to be told its a restricted county or summart
And em keeping yer fiver.
The bloke who did that is seething, I can tell yer.
Or legitimately live there and it doesn't work!!!!!!

Yeah can't get in in India. Atrocious last 2 games.

It's on Bein Sports as well, but I've no idea how to get that in Germany.
its on the legal online streaming site DAZN, Sport1 or SportDigital in germany.

you can try downloading the APP but it may only be available from the USA Apple APP store and you would also need a credit card with a USA address on your Apple account.
These apps might let you download when you're not in the country but will not play if you are abroad.

Weeknight kebab. One of those days!

yeah only in certain countries does RamsTV show every single game. If a broadcaster has the rights to show championship football in the country you're located in, you won't be able to watch the game.

back in business

.. My app have been perfekt for 10 minutes now...
Try close the app / restart the de vice ....
cant get the app to work here either.
im surprised they havent been able to fix this over the season. and also the capacity problems, i thought all this stuff was cloud based now and essentially scales with demand.
-
boro dont have their own service because they thought everyone would get vpn and watch it abroad. so they ruin ours instead.

Oldboy is a banger of a film. Some good HK cinema I want to get into a bit. Really enjoyed Wong Kar-wai's As Tears Fall and Days of Being Wild.
I'm a bit of a sucker for foreign cinema - last film I watched was a German film called Marseille. A nice watch but bit dull.
