Thanks mate.. I’ve got a rub sorted and a mop. 6lbs in weight and I reckon 9 to 10 hours of cooking around 250f on a kettle BBQ.

Dead easy beef stir fry tonight with spicy green birdseye chillies buried in there somewhere. 

BBQ pork shoulder, cooked low and slow for 5 hours and 1 hour resting. Gravy from the drippings, cider and apple juice.. Tender as and the gravy was excellent..

I've gone for Lisa Faulkner's meatball recipe tonight.
Mix Mince, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic and mixed herbs in a bowl.
Don't have mixed herbs, so figure anything green and leafy will do, settle for doc leaves.
Then shape into individual meatballs.

Drink Belgian beer in advance of Meatballs inevitably tasting poor.
Batch fry, then combine ingredients for the pasta sauce. Alternatively, look in the cupboards to see 4 stockpiled jars of Dolmio sauce that the missus orders weekly, think sod it I'll use that.

 
Call up Spanish sub from the bench to replace done Belgian superstar.
