  1. You need to stop treating xG as gospel. Their main CF is a poor finisher, hence why he's scored less goals than his xG, and Peterborough's overall record being similar.
  2. Doesn't matter. We called for a game to get postponed when only Washington and Mendez-Laing were called up at the start of the season- Robinson, Lindsay, Richards were called up too, which allowed us to postpone.
  3. Carlos Richards (Gibraltar U21), Cruz Allen (Wales U17 or higher), Darren Robinson and Charlie Lindsay (N.Ireland U21)
  4. Wildsmith Nelson Bradley Cashin Ward Bird Adams Sibley Mendez-Laing Barkhuizen Gayle Subs: Evans, Bartley, Wilson, Thompson, Hourihane, Blackett-Taylor, Waghorn
  5. Barker's pick which is sponsored would be an odd coincidence if Barker picked the same player as someone else every game
  6. With it being on Sky, it's only available to 'overseas' viewers. Take a quick trip abroad and you can watch it.
  7. Williams was behind Brown, but Brown probably would habe fell behind in the management's pecking order if he had stayed for an extra season. Williams didn't play for the U23s until the 2nd half of 20/21, the same season Brown played in every game until he decided to move on. The year before, Brown had scored 11 and assisted 3 in 21 U18 games.
  8. Back to back starts at CM/AM twice this season. An assist the first time and a goal the 2nd time. 4 games in a row at the end of last season in an unfamiliar 'AM' role which was more of a supporting striker role (in a 3421). Prior to that he had 2 goals the previous time he had back to back starts (2 games), and only 1 other spell of back to back starts in his best position under Warne (3 games). Back to back starts at AM once under Rosenior, NEVER under Rooney. 4 goals and 2 assists in the 6 games at AM in 19/20 under Cocu.
  9. 14:20 for his effort which hit the post
  10. Most shots, joint most shots on target, 3rd most key passes, and best pass success out of all starters. A very good offensive game from LWB but wasn't tested much defensively on this occasion.
  11. Post-Covid, 69 points was good enough for 9th-12th. In the years leading up to Covid, 69 could finish anywhere from 6th to 10th. This season, you're around 9th with 69 points. 4 more wins to guarantee top 6 I reckon. 7 wins will be the minimum for top 2.
  12. Joint 3rd top goal scorer across all competitions now.
  13. Yep. To be fair, he's only had 115 mins in the league since joining them. Almost scored 5 mins after being brought on too.
  14. 5 of their starting 11 are in their most used 11, including 3 of their back 4.
  15. Only a young lad called Tom Huddlestone
  16. This time next year he should be getting some first team involvement with a view to a couple of short term loans the following season
  17. A good win against the top scoring side in the country. Our 2nd win in 3 games means we climb another 2 places in the table.
  18. Osong went down for 2 mins after attempting to tackle. Hopefully just a jarred knee or similar. Oguntolu comes on for him.
  19. A very good 85 minutes from Allen. McAndrew comes on for him at AM, with Fapetu moving to RW
  20. 4-2. Winger's effort deflected in off Bartley and wrong footed JThompson
