Most of our players before last season was only worth peanuts anyway? It was only last season with all them signings we actually got somewhere... observer Posted July 5, 2012 Share Posted July 5, 2012 ffs, they club havent said how much he was sold for! this figure is being quoted from journalist, despite people not liking the way this is coming out its exactly how it should be done, every one on here is saying burnley just sold jr for £7m so they have money to burn, do you not think it would be massively stupid for derby to say how much they got for shackell!!! As then every single target we went for has now doubled in price! its best to let everyone including us believe he has gone for peanuts and then are targets dont have all the cards! I am positive that a comment will come out saying well the shackell say enabled us to get these players.......... I appreciate as fans none of have patience but thats what is needed...
