ladyram
Thought's with Fabrice and his family - who must have been terrified having to watch this happen from the stands. Here's hoping for a speedy recovery from all at DCFC xx

Catch 23
I hope sky are ashamed after they reported he is stable. How is being 'critically ill' stable? ******. Agreed. Earlier in this thread I wrote that it was 'wonderful news' if he was stable. I feel like a fool now 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':(' /> Aston Villa have agreed to postpone Tuesday's game with Bolton. The right decision in my opinion.
davenportram
You can be stable and critical at the same time. Medically stable means that your condition is not worsening nor improving. That condition can still be critical if the injury/illness has the potential to be life threatening .

Day
The sad thing is that didn't surprise me, seriously twisted people out there and Twitter seems to be a magnet for them recently. I'm not sure what it is, maybe a lack of brain cells that makes people think the internet is outside the law and they can write what they want about other people and get away with it....even on Derby County forums. Cisse
It is so easy for people to get away without using some good judgment on their part with saying there is a freedom of speech.

Wales. One of my black mates refuses to go back there- saying it is the most racist place he has ever been to.
ladyram
I've just had a read of Bolton's forum - the messages from loads of fans from different clubs are great to see. There's one from a ram too which is brilliant. Whilst there are prats from every walk of life who mistakenly think their own spiteful, hurtful & downright horrible comments are acceptable (regarding Twitter), it's great to see the sheer amount of bloody decent fans who only want Fabrice to recover and get back to health. Credit to the Spurs fans who added their support at the match, as well as fans from yesterdays matches. I watched the Pool match and saw a few banners in The Kop showing their support. Bloody good for them I say. It's great to see the amount of humility that still shines through at times like these. The players at Real did their bit too. [url=http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2116891/Fabrice-Muamba--Real-Madrid-offer-tributes.html?ito=feeds-newsxml]http://www.dailymail...o=feeds-newsxml I don't know Fabrice Muamba but I'll say this - hang in there fella, don't give up. Smyth_18
Erm, I wouldn't start with religion mate. Been done before and it didn't end well! . It's the same problem with war but on a bit bigger scale! Fabrice is a talent and before parkers resurgence I was tipping him for the England squad. Hate to think what he may be going through right now. Some people don't realise that footballers are normal human beings and this is actually happening to somebody. Keep praying? Thank the Lord? I know I just advised against religious debate but if the big guy upstairs with a beard is watching over this particular member of his flock then why let this happen in the first place? Maybe, with positive thinking,we can transfer the illness/ condition to the total f*cking ******** that shot 2 kids dead outside a school in France this morning? ladyram
I s'pose everyone deals with certain events in their own way. For some people it's through prayer, with others it's not. Each to their own me thinks.
