p.shilton
Zidane- I especially liked the head butt. Don't know why but it is always the gifted, but ultimately crazy, players that appeal to me. Cantona and Dicanio also

Alpha
Maldini and Nesta. ITV always used to bang on about how they would be destroyed by pace. If only all the teams AC Milan beat to lift the European Cup and play major finals and lift the serie A title had thought of that. ITV still say the same every time now. With Abate playing RB. Lol. Maldini and Nesta. Two all time greats.

Smyth_18
Paul Scholes has nowhere near been a 'great' when playing for england. If i was from USA i'm confident i would be a great. Even in my recent condition.
G STAR RAM
Paul Scholes has nowhere near been a 'great' when playing for england. If i was from USA i'm confident i would be a great. Even in my recent condition. His team mates would probably disagree with that. Some of the modern day greats refer to him as the best English midfielder of his generation. A goal every 4 games for an international midfielder is a very good record too.
nfb
Dont forget the Dutch striker, and for my money the best ever,Marco Van Basten. If only NC could find the new Marco somewhere in the East midlands.......

RamOfKansas
Let us not forget either Conor Doyle, he's too young as of now but the greatest American goal scorer in Premiere League history is not out of reach just yet. /Dempsey records 7 straight hat tricks, holds up a banner saying "No Taxation without Representation" after each one. Then declares Fulham an American sphere of influence. FULHAMERICA!
