Thats what you get if you are forced to dig around the basement for lack of genuine funding. Barker and Shackell at this level are both 8, just off form of late. But in your defence, the OP did a **** descriptive scoring system, as 'run of the mill' is an adequate assessment of some of those players. 10 (Class) = Lionel Messi 8 (One step away from class) = Stewart Downing (if only he had two feet) 6 (Above average with potential in the making) = Andy Carroll (one day, maybe, but certainly not £35m) 4 (Average / undecided on potential) = Ben Davies 2 (Run of the mill) = Half the Derby squad 1 (No hope) = Kris Commons waistline Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I was going along with the soring system An injury prone striker who hs scored about 4 goals in 3 years and barely strings 3 games together = 2.. RAMSINCE1969 Posted November 28, 2011 Author Share Posted November 28, 2011 Observations so far 7 was never in the scoring system, not enough players scoring 8 - 10, previous Derby players scoring 10;s Todd,Mcfarland,Gemmill etc Some have scored Tyson and Riggott, on 20 minutes showing and less in my opinion 0 is more appropriate More than half the team on 4 or less (Average undecided) If we get back to winning ways naturally the scores will go up, no strikers in the 8 bracket!
