It was right to sing we'll be straight back up (although too many syllables, it worked). It couldn't simply be we are going up at that point, as we were going down. Now we are going up, so it should be, and we are going up. If we go up, we keep it the same til we are promoted to the prem at which point it changes back to "we are staying up".
