Spanish Posted June 9, 2021 Share Posted June 9, 2021 Just having another read through the DC findings and it is probably possible to piece together the dates of the embargo. 4.5.18 to 3.7.18 registration embargo due to P&S return showing we would breach rules. Removed following confirmation of the sale of PP 6.3.19 to 29.3.19 registration embargo due to late P&S return 29.3.19 to ? undefined embargo due to closeness to P&S trigger 1.3.20 to ? this will be the date when the P&S return was due so if not done it would result in a registration embargo. Also there will be a breach in respect of failure to produce audited accounts for the previous season 1.3.21 to ? this will be the date when the P&S return was due so if not done it would result in a registration embargo. Also there will be a breach in respect of failure to produce audited accounts for the previous season. Embargo means a registration embargo such that a Club shall not be permitted to register any Player or any new contract of an existing Player with that Club without the prior written consent of The League Just a reminder in that the P&S return requires 2 previous audited accounts plus a forecast for the current year. I'd imagine just submitting accounts might not be enough to lift the embargo - I would have thought there would be a bit of an admin delay until they are signed off by the EFL maybe?
