well... now is the time our club looks in a mess. I am only going off press etc as only most fans can. 

please if it is a different situation tell us..

maybe he will, but it's not just a pound,  someone has to have significant money to even buy for a pound

that seems to be the sticking point,  not the cost of the club

It's not a pound though is it, the pound is just the minimum legal amount a sale has to be for it to be valid. 

The pound has in fact got about 200 million quids worth of strings attached unfortunately.

Ironically the last fella didn't even seem to have the pound.

That's pretty realistic I would say. £60m in liabilities (maybe all won't become due, but still a string), £20m to rebuild the team and 6 years of £20m per season to fund the club.
