Brammie Steve
Peter Lorimer is just about the only member of Don Revie's "Leeds Machine" who I really enjoyed watching (Allan Clarke being the other!) I am sorry to read that Peter has gone into a hospice due to a long-term illness. I hope others will join me in wishing Peter and his family well at what must be a very difficult time. RamNut
https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/56234156 funny team that Leeds team as they had some good players but they were loathed for a reason. rip
Pearl Ram
Probably the only bloke who could hit a ball harder than Alan Hinton. A bit like Eddie Gray on the other wing for Leeds, I never considered Lorimer as a perpetrator of the dark arts some of their colleagues utilised. RIP. Mucker1884
All club rivalries aside, his shooting was legendary, as was his goal scoring record. Rumour has it he was also a gent, and an all round good egg. RIP sir, and commiserations to your family. xxx

Agree with this, Lorimer never went out with the intention to injure his fellow pros unlike a good proportion of his teammates. Good player, RIP
