DerbyPride
My first thoughts were he was a shoe-in for assistant but on closer inspection I can't see a knife in his hand in this picture.

MackworthRamIsGod
If Eranio does come in I can see him cloning Will Hughes and playing 11 blonde haired, blue eyed players.

What's so impressive on his CV to make you want him here as coach? Or is it just because of his days at Derby?

YellowBellyRam
Out of the names being banded about, Eranio is the one I would give my vote to. Perhaps I'm being a tad romantic, an Italian coach with a good pedigree, different ideas to the perhaps probable predictable Rowett or Warburton appointments, he's been around some of the biggest names, a proven youth coach and I would imagine a contact book to rival anyone's, knows the Italian leagues, I don't know if it's possible or anywhere near happening but it gets me more excited than Warburton or Rowett..just saying.
