Dont know how the fans can judge some coaches unless they are involved in the club or watching training everyday

get Philips out... might be a decent coach but because darren bent is either missing sitters or not getting service then he should go as well !!!

If players have legitimate concerns and the manager doesn't listen they have to go above them. It happens in businesses it will happen in football too.

How many mangers will it take? Also in business the owners and CEO have to take some of the blame if true.

I refuse to support these overrated, overpaid, mercenary fairies any longer. They got Clement sacked, Pearson sacked, made Wassall's job untenable and now they have got McClaren sacked. McClaren's right there is no spirit or character in the dressing room and the sooner these overpaid players get out of my club the better. McClaren will always be one of OUR own. The only frequents since our downfall since the play off final are the players and Mel Morris. Both need to go asap because they are ruining OUR club.

Looked like he was one of Brightons own on Friday.

They would remove and replace the manager concerned if the issues were legitimate, or suspend/remove the employees if they weren't.

the owners wouldn't sell up, and the CEO would shoulder some blame but would they be sacked? Depends on ho involved in the issues they were.

McClaren said after the Brighton game that there are no leaders and characters in the dressing room so surely he would have identified this in the summer and removed the dead wood?

I think he quoted this referring to that match and the current squad he had available for that game.

SM has had a season and a half since Wembley out of three, so he's been involved in half of our downfall. That's significant

After seeing his previous signings here and at Newcastle, would you trust him and Evans to built a team?

The only totally baffling signing was Albentosa. The likes of Warnock, Naylor, Cisse and Whitbread all came in to do a job and did so when required.

You can't suspend the staff as the PFA is such a strong trade union and unlike most businesses the staff are trade-able assets.
