Will Hughes is an incredible prospect, who is just starting to influence games like he can. However he has not played in a Premier League yet and we have no idea whether his physique would allow him to cope with that league and shine within it. As much as I want him to shine in the spotlight now, I also want to keep him and not show himself off in the public light. Players in the Championship who have shone haven't all been able to perform in the Premier League - Thomas Ince, Wilfrid Saha and Liam Birdcutt are three names who spring to mind. Pace and Power you would think would allow you to succeed, more so than intelligence and skill, but lets be calm, realistic and considered.
