Doesnt include premier teams in europe (which is last years top 6, plus Hull (cup runners up)) Basically we can only draw Sheff Wed and below from last seasons final positions in the football pyramid. Looks like they pre-draw the unseeded teams to work out whether they play home or away then match each of them with a seeded team. Swindon Town away please.
