The sooner FIFA change the rules so that agent fees have to be paid direct by the player & are forbidden to be paid by the club, the sooner this game gets cleaned up. Well, the governments "Welfare to Work" contracts handed out to private companies to get people into sustainable work was averaging over £700,000 per person up to November 2012. One company had a contract worth £700m over 5 years and failed miserably to meet their targets.
