sheeponacid Posted June 17, 2013 Share Posted June 17, 2013 They used to sell a barley wine based beer called "Old Roger" at the Hollybush in Makeney (probably around the mid 80's)....god it was gross but was like rocket fuel.. not to mention if you drank two pints you got your third three..... Set you up nicely though for the Peckwash Mill parties after closing though....strewth their was some weird folk at them.... Nowt to do with Cornwall but nay mind...
