I think Flint would be an ideal signing, failing that I would take Jags back. I don't think we need them both with Davies and Cashin.  Hopefully we will also have Buchanan and Fozzy who can also cover if needed.

My main concern is we need to get the deal over the line ASAP to get deals on the tables for players like Ebiowei and Cashin before the vultures come.

At the moment it's hard to see who and how many players we need until we know who we manage to retain/offer new contracts together. Presuming we manage to keep the core of the squad together though, one of the first targets for me needs to be a CF and another wide man.

CK is going to be the who saves us ??

Let's hope so, he would one of the best right backs in League One that is for sure. Had a great season for us and I would love for him to stay.

I hope so, but this has been dragging on and on and is still the barrier before the takeover can be finalised. We need a plan B incase a deal can't be agreed with Mel.

Buchanan, Bielik, Bird and Knight I think are out first team players with a contract so far next season. Unless I am missing anyone?

Surley at this point we need to take the power out of Mels hands and look at other options where we can play next season.

Fantastic to extend Buchanans contract, he will be an important player for us next season. Still on edge waiting for news around a stadium being announced. At this stage I'd take the power out of MMs hands and look for ground share agreements else where.

I presume Mel is paying for this unless an agreement has been made for the lease/purchase of PP.

Let's hope we get some good news about the ground very soon and the takeover can be completed

I was just thinking instead of hopelessly waiting if we as fans could step in and help once. If we as fans/local businesses could raise a few million if that could then make it more viable for CK, the council or someone to turn buy PP.

How long can we wait afterall this is clearly the stumbling block in order for CK's deal to be finalised.

How much could we raise as a fan group towards buying PP? 

Why has it gone so silent around the council buying PP?
