Derby 0 - 2 Barnsley
Always worry me this lot and think it’s going to take a little longer to get Collins firing unfortunately.

I'm in two minds about him going. First off i get that he's been through a lot in the job and it's been stressful and don't begrudge him salling it a day. HOWEVER, the other part of me is very dissapointed. He made quite bold statements about how he was committed and wanted to build something here. I can't help thinking he's bottles it and doesn't back himself to do a job in league one with no excuses to fall back on. His stock is pretty good right no, he can say we would have been mid table with next to no squad or funds last year so great achievement. Maybe he didn't want to riak being average in L1 and loosing that Kudos.
Heard rumours about time with family and doing his badges etc but if he backed himself he would have stayed and built something IMO.
As a caveat i am of course grateful for one of the best and exciting seasons in my living memory and wish him well.

Don't want to be "that guy" but some fans will look on here for news, see the increase in page totals and become excited that the takeover is done and then see pages of puns. Don't want to be harsh, but we need to keep that off here.

Why is it so salty this morning? Is it cos of the rumblings that this whole nightmare might be nearing a close?

- Mum’s Team - Watched Derby through the 70's with Dad but not too fussed- Everyone at your school's Team - From when i can really remember it would be Manchester City or Manchester United

- Your kids Team(s) - Manchester City with a soft spot for Derby

If i were Everton I'd be on my hands and knees to get Dyche in as manager. Rooney only needs to look at Frank to see what happens when you take the sparkly before you earned your stripes. Where Frank goes after this failure who knows but it's gonna be hard for him to get another job anywhere.

Should it not be a slogan that reflects the season? Fight to the end or Pride of Derby something along those lines?

Actually this is the tweet.

Derby in EFL summit talks … with good news on progress and penalty points front.Kirchner will do 35p/£ over three years to avoid the 15pt penalty, met with the EFL today.

Anyone know if this means we have to operate under a transfer embargo for those 3 years in that case?

How about Patrick Roberts? His contract expires at the end of the season with Sunderland. Been on multiple loans and not had a proper run anywhere and looked like the makings of a decent player when he was with us. decent age to kick on now at 25 certainly worth a trial in my eyes.
