Just setting off for the train. COYR

Thats from me watching the game on the wattbike, I'm suspsuperstitious when the game in on, I feel its unluck to stop even if I really need to step off, and I can set a punishing pace if the game is painful to watch. That might be my theoretical speed for the power output but I couldn't keep that pace up on the road with hills and junctions slowing me. I'm mid 50's and just under 17 stone. Back in 2014 I was 18 1/2 stone and got into club cycling, I ended up just under 15 stone but could bang out some big rides, I did 14 100 milers in 2017. It all came to a rather abrupt end, I hit a car, got a ride to hospital in a helicopter, 10 hours of surgery and 4 weeks in hospital and 6 months off work. I've never, and probably will never, get my fitness back to what it was. It has left me with a cyclist view of timings, 2 hours is not a big ride. This is the sort of ride I was putting in pre accident

From the BBC https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/68794902 "The total combined outlay among Championship clubs was £61.3m, compared to £5.1m in League One where Derby County(£434,465) spent the most." Small fry compared to Chelseas £75 million spending.

That team wasn't clogging around League One against awful opposition though was it? I am old enough to remember last time we staggered out of this division with possibly a better squad. There were unhappy people sitting in the corner of the pub holding court, but with with the new fangled internet you can all moan together. I am dissapointed but some of you talk as if we can just turn up and play how we want, and the way the opposition play has an effect on our game. I was wondering how I can stay relaxed about things and the answer can to me as I goth the Panini sticker book for my birthday. The season I get my first season ticket our team was Boulton, Thomas, Daniel, McFarland, Todd, Nish, Macken, Daly, Powell, Gemmill, George, Hector, Hales, and James, manager Docherty. Just two years later Middleton, Langan, Buckley, Wicks, Moreland, McFarland, Rioch, Powell, Daly, Greenwood, Hill, Carter,Caskey, Duncan, manager Addison. Despite the additions of Langan, and Buckley who were both very good, the second team makes me sad, a feeling of greatness ebbing away.

Dream finish would be for Will Hughes to come on and grab the winner. -

I can't believe they are trying s******** the broke city council out of a £750k rent rise to a reasonable market rate when they are paying so much out on crap players. The rent rise on only half a Harry Arter. -

This from Martin Ziegler of the Times on Forest “ Nottingham Forest’s disciplinary hearing for breach of the Premier League financial rules will be on March 7 and 8 - outcome by April 8. Points deduction looks certain”. -

Chelsea losing 4-2 at home to wolves, thats so poor after all the money they've spent. Troubles ahead if they miss out on europe?
