Arblaster wouid be a game changer if we could get him but only if we played 3 in midfield in a 433 of Hourihane Bird and Arblaster
From what ive seen of Arblaster would make a big difference
I rate him highly but If we played a 2 in midfield Bird would be the one to miss out because Arblaster has a lot more to his game but only from what I’ve seen
433 is defo the formation I’d prefer especially if CBT signs
It appears Wilder is keeping Arblaster around so don't get your hopes up on that one

Are we thinking one of our late evening announcements or a morning/lunchtime confirmation?

Awkward one because if we then miss out on promotion he's out of contract and we lose him for nothing, someone gaining a centre mid like him for nothing is criminal
Due to his age, we receive a compensation fee

Different type of player and position plus not enough syllables in his name

Yea, but we always struggle with the single syllable names. Max Bird hasn't got a song. Even the great George Thorne's song was just his name.
I reckon we can get a whole fairy story woven around Corey Blackett Taylor!
I don't understand why we don't at least sing 'he's one of our own' in regards to Bird. Deserves a song

According to one of the Charlton forums, £350-400K with a sell-on clause

Just adding our name to get a deal over the line I assume

I think Leaburn will be off to a Premier League side development squad - he's a very good talent. Charlton would be better served persevering with him and his development than signing Ikpeazu... he's an absolute honking footballer.
Charlton also being linked to Aaron Collins. With their current league placing, it's a curious time to spend on such players, unless they want to steal a march before more teams will be in a position to spend money in the summer.

Charlton manager said CBT 'reported' he had an injury on the Friday before their last league game.

How will being injured speed up the move🤔
Because he's in essence refusing to play

If there is truth in those names, some will be targets for the summer and some dependent on promotion.

Quite a few clubs linked but perhaps we have an interest in Peart-Harris too
