I put a whole slice 150gr but use what ever amount you like the taste of, add a little at a time to taste.

To be honest most people think it’s stronger than it is, I liken it to a creamy mild Stilton.

Pan fried rump of Dorset Lamb with a Gorgonzola and pea risotto, all washed down with a glass of Rioja tinto.

3.5kilos of beef, roasted for 2.5hrs@200deg centigrade, sadly more medium than the medium rare I was aiming for, to be fair I was a little distracted by the football ?

It was still melt in the mouth and delicious ?
