Travelling back from snowdonia to Hampshire today so depending on start time and/or traffic may not get to see anything before the result. Important game for our defence - let's get back to the miserly days of earlier in the season where we hardly seemed to concede. If we don't let any in, at least we can't get beat.

What you've just described about Warnes approach is exactly the same criticism I've seen (and quite probably contributed to) on here. Ie that he puts a squad together for a purpose and doesn't seem to build anything for the longer term.

I always like to visit the assembly rooms, the eagle centre, duckworth square and the pink coconut.... But then I don't think I've actually been out and about in Derby for about 25 years....😉

There are 3 frustrations really.... - our once rock-solid defence with umpty-three consecutive clean sheets seems a thing of distant memory. - our manager repeating often made mistakes ie a midfield 2 including Hourihane - our misfortune with injuries and because we haven't blooded any academy players how exposed the squad is

Oh well..... seemed a good plan in my head. But somehow it seems we've failed every objective, which is really quite poor......🙄

Even I had stirred myself to drive up for the match in time to stand outside the players entrance and boo Billy when he got off the Forest team coach. Warwick services was fun later on comparing notes from the day with various other supporters groups. Was sat with a mate in the West stand towards the north stand. Right level with Johnny Russell as he swung his left peg for the 4th.....

B4 would have switched the wedding venue to Northampton. Service at 12. Reception over by 2.00, standing in front of seats in stadium by 2.30. Come on the Jourdans.....no half-fan measures...👍

Yes it's a proper old school stadium which is constrained by its surroundings. It's amazing how much land is owned by railway companies and seemingly underused. My local station (Eastleigh) has massive sidings that seem largely derelict.
