Cheltenham are a team of players who were so bad it took about 11 games to score their first goal. Their budget will be peanuts and yet under this new gaffer they’re playing above the sum of the parts.
Our players are capable of so much more. Give them a canvas and plan to go and do it on.
And who was their first goal against🤔. Ah wait......us😳

I wonder if there's some sort of device that could be fitted to Collins to keep him in the opposition's box when we are crossing into it?
He seems to take great delight in being in precisely the wrong place at precisely the wrong time.
A unique attribute for a striker.
He's our top scorer - imagine how many more goals he could bag if he was where he should be🤔

The BBC reporter has jinxed it by saying that nobody has scored more than Derby after the 75th minute so Burton be warned!
Assume he's not at the game.....
They also said that against Peterborough!!

Looks like Bradley is coming on at half time
I hope not

That's a stronger side than I expected tbh. Last 8 here we come🤞. Hope Brown gets some game time.

I honestly thought we'd get something out of this game before kick off.........maybe we will in the form of a new manager🤞

It's not that good anymore.
Sandford Park Ale House and the Strand have much better beer.
As does the motor club

Sorry, but I can't imagine any professional footballer getting sent off so as to not play against his old team (excepting tongue in cheek of course)

i was only joking, it's the last thing Curtis would have wanted! I was serious about the Robbins being shambolic though.

Out of Saturdays game as sent off last nights
Shame as was hoping to give the lad a cheer as he was good for Derby
🐏
I swear he got the red card so he wouldn't be available to play on Saturday. He must be embarrassed to be playing for CTFC, they are shambolic. He would have got a good reception from us Rams fans.

Deya brewery (and Tap Room) is 100M from the station.
On the other side of town and closer to the ground is the Sandford Park Alehouse or Cheltenham Motor Club ( free entry for CAMRA members or £2 for guests).
If anyone has a ticket for this game that they won't be using I'll be happy to buy it otherwise it's the opposite end of the ground again for me. Home End Rams!

Cashin MOTM, well deserved. Outstanding once again. Hope we can hang on to him.

silly shirt pull by sibley in the middle... eventually took a finger wagging. Lucky it wasn't a yellow!

A nightmare! Its a little Cotswold village/town. You'll be better off going to one of the pubs on Minchinhampton Common - only a 10min drive away.
Parking at the ground is even worse
Yeah, cheers. I'm coming from Cheltenham and never been to Nailsworth on a match day. Probably call in at the Old Badger in Eastington (just off J13). Then its a 20 minute drive to the P&R at Renishaw.
Home End Rams, come on.
-
Ive got tickets in the home end. Was thinking of going to the George Inn before the game - do you know waht the parking is like round there?
-
There's plenty of tickets in other areas of the ground. I have 4 in the South stand. When The gas played them a couple of weeks back alot of away fans were in there wearing colours and stewards did nothing. Not suggesting you'd do the same!
Home End Rams.

Also do your ground sell burgers in concourse and is cash and card or just card only.
Its card only inside the ground. TBH the food used to de dire but there are new food outlets now - your best bet might be the Surf & Fries van in the car park.

I lived down Cleeve View Road around 8 years ago, the ground is a short 5 min walk from there and the on street parking at the time was free/no permit. The road did used to fill up with local match go-ers on a match day.
I was going to go to this one and meet a few of my mates who are still in Cheltenham, likely joining the other “home end rams” but the usual post Christmas financial pinch has got me.Those who are going, Cheltenham is a great little town with plenty of options for food and drink. Sandford Ale House has already been mentioned and a few yards along from there you’ve got The Swan and The Vine (great Thai food) that used to be my regular haunts. Anyone wanting a quaint beer on the way to the ground, the Kemble Brewery down Fairview Street is a great little boozer, essentially a converted terraced house….small but mighty. These are all recommendations based on my time living in Cheltenham so not sure how welcoming they are of away fans, they’re all decent drinking pubs away from your more main stream Wetherspoons etc.
I hope those that are going have fun and we pick up another win!
The Kemble is a good little pub, it does crowded but away fans are welcome.

Funny. Sandford Alehouse is my final stop on route to the ground!
Good man - you won't be dissapointed.

Ahh good man. There will be a few scattered about - just have to hope the midday beers don't make it too obvious!
I know exactly what you mean. Can't wait for this one. I hope the away end are in good voice, Whaddon Road is like a library.
