  1. Very kind of Morris that he will apparently give any new owner first option on the stadium!!

It was a badly worded question by Radio Derby when Morris said he had put in 20 million, they originally asked how much have you lost and then before he could answer, repeated the question as how much have you put in, so I would take that as being money put in and certainly not lost, if you can believe what he says after all the goings on that is.

lets get one thing straight here ...the EFL is not allowing us to be taken over due to pending claims from two parasite clubs both of which should not be happening whilst we are in admin

the EFL are allowing this to happen and could solve all of this tomorrow by saying that they have dealt with DCFC and given us points deductions and transfer embargoes.

But all the time they let the tail wag the dog with claims from parasite teams effectively stopping anyone buying the club we are going nowhere...Instead of trying to get 4 parties to agree Us,EFL, ParasiteFC1 and ParasiteFC2 which will be difficult just have some balls EFL and tell them we have been dealt with and acted on there advice and got paperwork in to the EFL's deadlines

Stop fannying around with our future...grow some balls and do what you're supposed to do and take governence of this situation then tell them that the EFL will deal directly with any misdemeanours and the buck stops with them....

This is what it will take so grow a pair EFL and you might actually go up in some people's estimations !!

They are very happy for Derby to be sued and in fact encouraging it so as not to get sued themselves, this has been admitted by Rick Parry on the radio today, absolutely disgraceful  and shameful behaviour. Then have the gall to say they are trying their best to help, no better than Morris himself!

    What a load of tosh.

The admins are aware of the claims and have dismissed them, hence them not being included in the statement of affairs.

So if the EFL do not think it is right to dismiss the claims then surely they must explain why.

I really don’t understand why they need to be addressed now when it’s purely hypothetical, the outcome is unknown and could also be way down the line (logically it seems unlikely they would win their claims anyway). How can the club possibly move on while the EFL take such a ridiculous stance?

  4. Surely latest results would encourage a genuinely interested bidder to step up now while there is a realistic chance to stay in this division and keep the squad together / add to it rather than wait until it’s dismantled and face the prospect of a few seasons in the lower leagues.
I agree hypothetical claims from Boro and Wycombe really shouldn’t be brought into the current situation by the EFL which only complicates matters and is frankly pie in the sky stuff. I’d think the chances of such claims proving fruitful would normally be virtually nil but in Derbys situation with time of the essence maybe these clubs are thinking they can get an easy windfall out of it.

Morris could at least do his bit by stepping in and sorting it if he really cared about the club so much but would involve swallowing his pride which I can’t see happening. Doesn’t help that the Boro CEO is apparently part of the EFL committee I guess.

Very proud of the efforts of the lads in the face of adversity.

  5. Not sure Carroll is the type of player we need, as QPR fans seem to think he is a backwards and sideways passer who does not set up goals or score any. We already have these type of players on the books so surely if limited to four signings, it needs to be in areas where we are more deficient, e.g. attacking midfielders, goalscorers or centre halfs.
