I've seen this number plate in Derby before and always thought who'd be daft enough to have Dwight Gayle on their plate- well now we know!!! 85/86 was my first full season following the Rams . We had some sluggish moments but got motoring by Feb I loved the 2-0 win early on v Notts , first local kinda derby Hoping this season we can get motoring with a couple more signings we are still in this…

Fatigue - for the footballers in the squad I imagine it’s tiring playing Warnes Way both physically and mentally- I feel most of are players are not naturally comfortable with the style of play but are doing a good job trying It’s always hard being asked to play one way when you like to play another whatever level you play at - I imagine Bird and Hourahine would rather play more football but are being asked to follow the plan I think if Warne mixed it up a little more tactically he’d get us top but I think teams are working us out - so cmon Warney let’s play some tica taca down the middle 😎

My chum Orbrey (not his real name to protect his identity) was a hooli in the 80s - he was always involved in some bru ha ha's with the chaps from daan Landon or Oup Norf- i remember once he was rucking with some of the nice chaps known as the zulu's from West Bromwich or somewhere. They were having a dust up in a local park when they all got slightly too close to the local swans- well with it being mating season and all that these said large white birds went into attack mode dragging poor Orbrey and one of the zulu's into the pond.
