Deep joy the Administrator is an avid Liverpool fan.

Don't worry the Administrator will only be thinking of how he can get most money back for the creditors.

He will sadly give the long term future of DCFC and indeed the fans little consideration.

Can not believe Morris has put the Club into Administration.  So much for having the Club at heart.

If the Club have debts of £60m then I just cannot see where his input of £200m+ has gone??

    Unlikely I’m afraid GS

Even the EFL wouldn't be bothered by a sum as small as that and, anyway, the cause of those potential penalties ( non submission of accounts) is already on the EFL hit list.

We don't know when the club first started withholding Paye, NI or VAT but, even in normal times, moving from non payment to court can be (and can be made to be) a very long process, for all sorts of reasons. And in these times of covid and lockdown, it would be even longer, if at all. HMRC have been told to back off from aggressive debt chasing throughout this period of lockdown. So court action to date would have been very unlikely.

I’m afraid there is every likelihood that its paye, nic and vat not being paid over by the club

    Spot on Bianoic

For example Companies could defer VAT payments from last year until April 2021. Which I think you will find a lot of Clubs did.

It looks as though we are the only Club however not to have paid it up to date in April? I believe interest of 5% is charged by HMRC ( could be wrong) if so that could be a lot cheaper than borrowing from our other sources!

It doesn't help our embargo though!!

  3. I think I have missed something? We do not have a blank canvass or clean sheet IMO as some have said.

Until the Club is sold nothing has or will change.

Have May wages been paid ? Mel was intimating enough was enough following the April payment.

EFL charge unlikely to be resolved for months. We will appeal. Will we get points deduction?

Are we under a transfer embargo? (we will be if the wages are not paid)

Rooney said after the last game of the season the sale of the Club needed sorting asap (if not sooner)

Nothing has happened. I would not be at all surprised if Rooney 'walked' if not sorted soon. You cannot blame him either.

We are in a complete mess with it is said £60m owing at high interest rates. Currently we have no squad for next season either.

Yes it will be great to get back to Pride Park and I live miles away from Derby now days so may have missed updates but really it all depends on the sale of the Club !!

Until then I see little cause for optimism.

  4. I now live 50 miles from Derby so apologises if I have missed this but I assume Derby are not arranging for flags in the Stadium like Watford and City had last weekend and I think QPR when Derby were last at Wembley ?

    Thought they were very effective.

  5. The one and only 'King Kev'.  I was fortunate enough to have witnessed his home debut in Sept

1966 against Huddersfield. A 4-3 win. The best debut I have ever seen. I still get a shiver down my back

recalling that match. He absolutely glided over the BBG pitch never had I seen such a player.

He soon had 3 or 4 Huddersfield players trying to mark him which allowed Alan Durban to score a hat-trick

    with Hector getting the fourth.

Sadly did not Hector fall out with the Club after he was transferred. For many years he had nothing to do with

DCFC and it has only been in recent years that we have seen the great man return in public on the odd occasion.

Wished we could see more of him.
