Bacteria only lies on the surface of fresh meat, and gets killed when you sear it. There is non in the pink bit, unless you leave it open for a while. Sacrilege!! My weird food combo is going to kfc and putting mayo in the bbq beans, pure laziness of not having to dip me chips in 2 different pots!! Sometimes do it with the gravy there as well.
