Weirdly, promotion and relegation battles don't seem to make much difference to either Forest or Derby;

Forest:

2004/2005 (relegation season) - avg attendance of 23,632

2010/2011 (playoffs) - avg attendance of 23,275

Derby:

2004/2005 (playoffs) - avg attendance of 25,219

2006/2007 (promotion) - avg attendance of 25,945

2010/2011 (relegation) - avg attendance of 25,892

We hover around 25/26k, they hover around 23/24k - Obviously that 2k represents the difference between a proper footballing city, and one that thinks it is.......:D
