ive just heard that "swagger jagger" by that slag cher lloyd. listening to that crap made me want to commit terrible acts of violence.

0/10

Technically I don't think you can call it a song, so it probably doesn't count. Mindless noise isn't the same as a song.

Just trawled through the squillion pages of this thread only to discover I don't recognise most of them. Has no bugger ever heard of Elvis? Pure brilliance.

There's a quote on his No. 1's CD, which incidentally campers - there's 18 of the buggers, which states

Before anyone did anything, Elvis did everything.

Says it all for me.

Just been to see Jessie J - so the last song I heard was 'price tag' - it was awesome.

She was really good, she did say to everyone - 'be yourself, don't let anyone tell you what to do - wear what you want, tell the jokes that you want, love who you want, be true to yourself' and my daughters mentioned that on the way home, so they took some notice of her. Better than looking up to people like jordan and all those reality tv wasters.

I have heard of Elvis. Actually I've been a member of Official Elvis Presley Fan Club in Finland over twenty years. Glad to know there are still others that enjoy his music. 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

Goodo Cisse - tis good to see someone who has good taste! (not rubbishing modern music mind, it's just not my style)

My fave song by Elvis is his rendition of Mr Frank Sinatra's My Way, sung live in Hawaii. That's the only toon I know that's better than the original. I can't listen to it once, I have to put it back on about 10 times 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/happy' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='^_^' />

Listen Elvis's version of Dylan's Tomorrow Is A Long Time. Not so well known but a great one. Dylan said it was his favourite version of the song. 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />
