Arrived in Perth, not a bad flight considering it was 16 hours. Now a 4 hour wait before our Brisbane flight of 4 1/2 hours starts. Should be home around midnight. All up 32 hours since we left Soho☹️. We appreciate the comments and if you ever visit Brisbane get in contact. Already got a mob from Derby coming next year by the looks of it.

 Have journey times decreased to Aus? I thought they were about 23 hours? Or was that with change of flights somewhere?

Best I could do was 21 hrs Brisbane to London with Emirates or Singapore. The problem with Qantas is their main routes are Sydney and Melbourne meaning if you’re flying from Brisbane there’s a 5 to 6 hour wait for the connecting flight. Total flying time is 16 1/2 hrs to Perth and 4 1/2 hrs Perth to Brisbane. We’ve had big waits in London loading the commonwealth games bikes went an hour over and then another hour sitting in the plane waiting for a takeoff slot.
