I bought one as I play the sport and they sent the attached signed photo with it. We had American owners at the time so I always felt it was something to do with them. I just assumed 1997 due to the badge on the arm matching that era and I was told it was to commemorate baseball at the baseball ground. Wasn't the worst guess on my behalf haha. Originally Umbro - Maxwell worn a lot during those seasons but afterwards when maxwell left they covered the sponsor up with the 1993 sponsor of autowindscreen and used these shirts for reserve and womens Derby teams to save money buying new kits.
