American Pie films were funny first time but the physical comedy isn't as effective on subsequent viewings IMO. A film with a clever idea/script/character traits is much more likely to have me lauging on the 5th/10th viewing than someone on the roof with a movie glued to their bits - as hilarious as that was first time round. Clue & Murder by Death are on my list. I bet they would be on very few people's favourites but the scripts are clever with loads of funny throwaway lines and put downs by some top class comic actors.
