Earnshaw I also despise, Dean Leacock is another one, had loads of talent but other than his first season was a consistent bottler. For the same reason I'm going to be controversial and say Stephen Pearson. He may have scored the most important goal in our recent history, but spent the rest of his Derby career ducking tackles and hiding in the big games. Add Nathan Ellington to the list as well.
