angieram Posted September 11, 2016 Share Posted September 11, 2016 I made a bit of a fool of myself yesterday by remonstrating and taking some of the new flags off people leaving the ground after the game. I took them back to a steward who told me that it was OK for fans to take them and they were only collecting the big flags. Did I miss an announcement somewhere that the smaller flags are give aways, @The 1884 Group ? Apologies if I did as I was volunteering outside of the ground until kick off time. I didn't take one home but my friend took one unbeknown to me and said I could have it for my kid when we got to the car. Apologies for that. The flag will be brought back on Tuesday night anyway with the young un using it for the Ipswich game and we will leave it behind afterwards. Great idea though the small flags.
