Wish peopl would stop saying we have bottled it for the last three years. You can't say we bottled it at Wembley. That was just football. It helps with the narrative that some like to believe but it ain't true.

some might argue that 'bottling' it over the last two years is not really any better... And they'd be right. But, if you get this type of thing wrong it paves the way for all types of repainting of history to take place and become the conventional wisdom. We must be ever vigilant against such things!

We have players in every position who have demonstrated in the past that they can be effective winners. But there just seems to be something missing from a team and mentality perspective. We don't show up for the big games (last night excepted), or we just can't get across the finish line.

I don't think it's a lack of skill or ability. It's mental.

That's down to the manager... and we'll be onto manager (or 'coach') #4 in two seasons by the time August rolls around. We need to get that right.

What we seem to be missing are those certain players, that always seem to be consistent

and stand out as having that bit extra, whether its determination, passion or just skill, I don't

know.  Ritchie  bournemouth, Boyd from Burnley, either Clayton/Leadbitter from Boro etc..

Its only forest fans on the wind up mate. Last 3 seasons.....

We outplayed QPR at Wembley so no bottling there.

Shteve lost his mojo and fell for the Wonga,

Unfeasibly unlucky injuries in the first half of the first game of the season

You can't lose players like Thorne, Martin, Hughes and Bryson for long periods and expect to walk this league. Over the last two seasons the bad injuries have fallen on the most important players.

Football is not an exact science, with all the preparation in the world you still need the rub of the green.

Our time will come.
