Remember in 2012 when the Palma shirts were made from cloth with the names of all their season ticket holders woven in? Well Fawaz has found a cheaper way of doing something similar. Bessie1 Posted June 8, 2016 Share Posted June 8, 2016 Apologies if this has been noted earlier but according to this week's edition of Private Eye the Greek fella about to buy into forest is currently banned from any football activity in Greece, apparently leaving him the owner of an asset (Olympiakos) over which he has no say. According to Private Eye, the ban is one of the bail conditions imposed when he was arrested last year after a 173-page report by the public prosecutor alleging he was directing a criminal organisation. I think they are trying to weedle round it by claiming the Greek fellah isn't a director/position of responsibility at the club, which will remain run by Fawaz.
