When we went to Hull a policewoman was speaking to the Memsahib and said that following the Paris atrocities, new guidelines had been issued to clubs. Some clubs have now suspended 'pay on the day' - others now have enhanced search capabilities (sniffers, metal detectors etc).

Just called and sold out! We must've sold c1.5k in about 3 days.

Bad times. Keep your eyes out for spare tickets just in case!

Boro fan, I have just read on our evening Gazette that your allocation was 2900 and is an away sell out...we have sold about 26k with ques outside the ticket office so it is expected to be a crowd of over 30k , it should make for a great atmosphere and goes to show we both have the support for the premiership should we get promoted..fingers crossed we both do.

Missus said she'll pay for the train so I can have a drink, just had a look for 2 adults, even with a railcard, it's £199 quid return!

Needless to say, I'm back in the car!

From Derby? If so buy a tickets Derby to Sheffield

Sheffield to York

York to Middlesbrough

with a railcard return and LESS than £50 I think. Try it mate. :)

And if you go Derby Darlington middlesboro it's £52.30 I think with a rail card

Leeds to Middlesbrough

that will saved you lots of money. What railcard you got? I'll look into it for you.

We've got it down to about £44 return.

Buy a Derby to Sheffield off peak return. Do the same for York to Boro.

Then buy advance tickets for Sheffield to York and back, currently £9.70 each way for the 9:47 (9:16 from Derby) and 20:35 back.

If if you have a Two Together railcard you can bring the price down to about £29 all in.

Easy.
