Sexydadbod
Just goes to show how good madrid are attacking wise in comparison to premier league teams when players like isco can't even get on
Sexydadbod
Goal difference doesn't matter in spain that's why vallecano have given up. Head to head counts
Day
9-2 up, no atmosphere as the tourists are leaving with 10 to play. The ones remaining barely move when Real score.
Day
10-2, joke
Sexydadbod
As the commentator said fair play to vallecano. At least they still tried to play an attacking game despite going down to 9 men
Day
Incredibly stupid when they are in the relegation zone and now an extra -8 on the goal difference that could matter at the end of the season. Just defend, damage limitation, don't be fools
Sexydadbod
As i said goal difference doesn't count in spain. It goes down to head to head .
Day
And if head to head ends in a draw they fall back on total goal difference. Like I say, incredibly stupid
Sexydadbod
I can understand where you're coming from though because losing heavily is not good for morale. That's one of the reasons why paco jemez gets criticized in spain because he doesn't play cautiously when his teams are losing. No doubt that he is one of the most talented coaches in spain, you could see that for the first 20 minutes when rayo were dominating the game before his player stupidly got sent off, but until he finds the right balance between attacking and defending, no top spanish teams will go for him as their manager. Day
Don't think that's the reason why top clubs won't hire him, it's that daft goatee, needs to shave it off if he wants a better job
Bris Vegas
Classic comeback performance from Real Madrid, scrapped home. Rayo are one of those teams, they regularly get hammered by the big boys but do enough against those teams in and around the bottom six. They're very likeable and minnows in comparison. La Liga's title race is shaping up quite well this season.
Kernow
It says a lot about the PL at the moment when I'd have Watford at home to Liverpool down as a home win. And comfortably they won, there's absolutely no stand-out sides. Even the teams with the best squads who should be running away aren't. This season really does give hope to teams like us and Boro, and any other promotion chasing side. Watford first season back in the PL, one point off Champions League spots at Christmas. Leicester, second season back in the PL and they're top. Not only are they top but once City play Arsenal, they could be 4 points clear, or at very least 6 clear of third. It seems that although you will get clubs who go up and come straight back down, it's not quite a dead cert that you'll struggle when you go up providing you recruit well. Guest
It may give hope but just think how much the 'big clubs' are be going to blow in transfer fees to try and put things right
MuespachRam
Another awesome performance by the scousers.....great to see that Klopp has an even worse record than David Brent did when he was in charge, I was beginning to get worried when he came but it seems like the victims will just be their normal rubbish selves again. Animal is a Ram
Amazing how poor, nay, clueless Man City look without Kompany. It's almost like they need him to babysit Yaya Toure.
