Rich84
No-one can predict where teams are going to finish based on 1st couple of games, remember last season the red dogs got of to a flyer and won the league by September..... everyone dropping points to them thought fair enough at the time, but by end of season you wouldn't have been so forgiving. Brentford and Bournemouth were expected to struggle by most last season and didn't. If predictions were so easy we'd all be loaded and the bookies would be out of business (although I have took money off sky bet for our last 2 games by getting correct results!) Take a step back and look at what has happened:2 players in same position off injured in half hr at Bolton, 1 of which would probably have unsettled a few players due to severity. 1 deflected shot goes straight in for Charlton and 2 of ours end up as corners in a game we dominated for long periods, small margins, but we didn't lose either of them!!!! Papahet
I'd prefer a slow start and gradually built up the confidence and a winning run, than go all guns blazing from the off and be knackered by February.
