Dawkins cannot head a ball to save his life.I don't blame anyone know on the second goal, just one of those things. I blame the lack of the offside call before it and the sixth minute of injury time. G STAR RAM Posted March 9, 2015 Share Posted March 9, 2015 Although the referee has massively contributed to our result, let's be honest, it was naivety that has cost us 3 points.Why in the 93rd minute with Ince going back towards his own goal is our right back not in a position for Ince to give him the ball or protect him if he loses it?That been said Ince should have got rid of the ball one way or another.On the referee's performance:-1 - How many times did he let their defenders go straight through the back of JR without punishment?2 - Did not think the goalkeeper fouled Ince but looking at that image on here it certainly looks like he knew what he was doing.3 - After JR has booted the ball out why were 2 of their players then allowed to shove their heads in JRs face while the ref just stood there? It was also obvious that it was going to kick off as the players left the field but the ref chose to stand and wait for the stewards to escort him off the pitch!4 - He actually played good advantage for our second goal but should have followed it with a booking for their defender that had gone straight through the back of Russell AGAIN!5 - Where did 7 minutes come from?! Ashz09 Posted March 9, 2015 Share Posted March 9, 2015 It was the worst feeling i had felt since QPR. At QPR I said it will take one chance for QPR to score and they did.. On Saturday I went down to watch the rest of the game at 92nd minute. Penalty given they scored I said to my Dad 'This will be QPR all over again watch me now they'll equalise' Fair to say this big bloke had a go at me . Told my dad to move down to the next screen as if they do score he'll kick off (Bit drunk to say the least). Backing off making silly tackles etc. I hate being right! Sith Happens Posted March 9, 2015 Share Posted March 9, 2015 Yeah you would, imagine getting promotion on the last day of the season, penatly last minute to derby, martin felled in the box...everyone is happy, celebrates, goes to the pub, gets drunk....get home all happy, sleep it off.Flick over to Sky sports at 10.00pm to find no contact was made, decision reversed and a draw given...derby end up in play offs....Never happen....i hope.
