I didn't know that - and can't immediately find anything on the web to back it up, so I assume you have inside knowledge? Surely his tweets mocking DCFC fans last year were against them? My friend has been a fan all her life. Yes, she was naive, yes she should have checked her bank statements [lesson learned] but she's young and made a mistake. Now her mistake is being discussed on forums etc when it never should have been made public. I repeat, can you imagine any other company allowing this to happen? The problem was, John Vicars made a wrong assumption - he assumed that your friend had done what many normal people would have done - and the only reason that it is being 'discussed' now is because her 'friend' keeps making references to it in every single post he/she makes. This annoys me as I'm someone who will always stick with Derby. It clearly annoyed Vicars as well and that's understandable. But in his job, the correct response was to welcome these fans back.
